Glitter and grunge are a dream come true with this scrapbook wall hanging! We will create a layout using Tim Holtz Grunge Board, vintage book pages, glitter, lace, trinkets and more all hung from a 12” wire ...clothes hanger . Supply list: a 5x7 black and white or sepia photo, scissors, tape runner adhesive, pop dots, brown distress ink pad, foam blender & Glossy Accents. Teacher: Shawna
